Park Village is a friendly, covenant-controlled residential community of 106 homes located on the Oregon Coast. Our homeowners association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Community members work together to help keep our neighborhood well-maintained, safe and welcoming.

If you are a homeowner or renter in our community, please register on this website to ensure timely communications.
Annual HOA assessment is due on January 1 of each year. Current dues are $125.00 annually ($10.42 per month), starting with the 2025 Assessment, and can be paid online by registering as a homeowner on this webpage. To pay online by credit card or bank withdrawal, click the bell in the top right corner to access the online payment option.
